Trial policy
If you have a problem deciding on which size is suitable for you, Soul Curry Store is offering a trial* of the products(wearable) for up to two sizes only.
Please Note:
*Only two sizes can be ordered for trial per order.
*If product or it's tag is damaged, the buyer has to pay for the solid tee provided.
*Trial products will be taken back on the next day of delivery.
*Order will be processed once the trial products Return To Origin. If any damage, the payment for the same would be escalated.
*The complete order must be placed and paid for by the buyer.
*Extra delivery charges incur as per location of customer and would be void of any ongoing offers related to delivery price exemptions.
*The tees for trial would be of the size the buyer (you) opt for, without any design print and can be of a random color which is available.
*Kindly follow all Covid precautions while doing the trial, i.e, Santise the parcel on delivery, wash your hands and then wear the tee(s), and carefully pack them back in the given packaging. Secure with tape or thread, so as to avoid damage in transit. Kindly sanitise after trial and keep safe distance and wear a mask while returning the parcel.
*SoulCurry Store Trial products are sanitised and content is isolated before they reach you.
*On placing a trial request, you agree with the above conditions and confirm as read and understood.

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
ALL of our products are made-to-order and we do not hold inventory or stock.
For grievances
If you are unhappy with the items that you have received, please contact customer service FIRST by sending an email to officialsoulcurry@gmail.com.
Merchandise returned to us, without contacting customer service will not be processed correctly.
Returns/Exchanges
As a print on demand company, we do not hold regular printed inventory. We cannot currently offer exchanges for sizing issues.

Alternatively, you can opt for our "Trial Policy" and proceed.
Refunds (if applicable)
Soul Curry Store gives refunds as store credits only.
You can use your store credits to purchase any other item/s from our store. You will be given store credits in exchange for any item that is damaged or has missing parts upon delivery.
You will also be given store credits, equivalent to half the amount you paid, if we made a mistake and you declined our offer to send you the correct item.
Damage and or missing products will require proof in the form of video capturing the tearing or cutting open of packaging.
Cancellations
Please place your order carefully. You must contact officialsoulcurry@gmail.com as quickly as possible should you wish to cancel your order.
Our support staff will try to intercept the order before it goes into production, once it hits the production floor there is no way to cancel the order.
This is a very small window to cancel an order typically within 2-3 hours, so let us know right away!
Shipping
We do our best to ship your order within 3-5 business days from the day your order was placed. The shipping fee will be included in your order confirmation. Shipping fee is non-refundable and it will be deducted from the cost of refunded store credits, if you are eligible to receive
Shipping and Delivery
At this time, Soul Curry Store ships to any location in India with an address.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier and appropriate tracking number issued for the package.

1. I got the wrong shirt. How can I get my correct order?
